Covid-19 Impact

Pretty much everyone has been affected by the Covid-19 social distancing requirements. Almost everything we do here at Williamson & Gentilini involves face-to-face meetings with clients. For new estate planning clients, we usually see the client twice in person – once at the initial consultation and once to sign the completed documents. However, in an effort to reduce the potential exposure to our clients and our staff, our practice for the time being will be to have the initial consultation by phone and the signing of documents in person. If you are in any way uncomfortable coming into our office to sign your documents, we can arrange a mobile notary service.

If you are an existing client who wishes to make changes to your completed documents, call or email us, and we will make the arrangements to get changes and amendments done for you.

Other appointments such as initial trust settlement appointments and initial probate appointments will also be done by phone for now.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
